Your content

You keep ownership of your recordings and edits. Only record and upload material you have permission to use. Obtain the necessary consent from anyone you record. Using cloud backup, transcription, or AI processing allows the service and its providers to process the content for that requested feature.

Your account and usage

Keep your sign-in details private. Do not use the service to access someone else's content, distribute unlawful material, or evade plan limits. Storage, transcription, and generation allowances are shown in Plans & usage. Reaching a limit stops the affected cloud operation without automatically upgrading your plan.

Plans and payments

New customers can start a seven-day free trial through checkout when billing is available. A payment card is required. The trial begins when checkout completes, not when you finish creating your account. It includes 60 transcription minutes, 10 AI uses, and 5 GB of storage in total, with a 2 GB maximum file and 60-minute recording limit. Client meetings, AI B-roll and social publishing are excluded. There is no permanent free plan and trial allowances do not reset each month.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan renews automatically at $19 USD per month for Starter, $39 for Creator, or $79 for Studio when billed monthly. Annual subscriptions cost $190, $390, or $790 USD respectively, charged in full after the trial and then every year until canceled. Monthly equivalents are rounded for display. The checkout screen shows your price and first billing date. Open My account → Manage billing to cancel, change payment details, or review invoices. A canceled trial stays available until its end without starting a paid period. Paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Existing originals remain available to download after cancellation. Plan changes and any prorated charges appear in the billing portal before confirmation. Full monthly allowances begin after the first successful payment. Both monthly and annual plans have the same usage caps, resetting each UTC calendar month without rollover; annual payment does not provide a full year’s usage upfront. Storage is an ongoing capacity limit.

Keep a copy of important work

This is an evolving beta. Browser storage, network failures, and device interruptions can affect recordings and exports. Download important originals and verify a cloud backup before removing a local copy. AI suggestions and transcripts can contain mistakes; review them before publishing.

Available features

Local recording, editing, and supported exports depend on your browser and device. Cloud, transcription, AI, and payment functions depend on configured services and available capacity. Guest rooms support a host and up to three guests. Export runs on your device and requires the tab to stay visible until it finishes. Client meetings and booking pages require paid Studio. They use the existing storage and transcription allowances and support one host plus up to three clients. Calendar files can be downloaded; external calendar sync, booking emails, and reminders are not included. Hosts are responsible for sharing client links and checking availability on any external calendar. AI B-roll is a limited paid Studio pilot. Collaborative editing, email recovery, eye-contact correction, and social scheduling are not currently included.

When social publishing is activated, each paid plan includes one brand with one account per supported network. Starter includes 30 publish attempts per calendar month, Creator 100 and Studio 250, separate from AI allowances. A post sent to several channels counts once. Confirmed rejected submissions return the attempt; uncertain submissions remain counted while delivery is checked. Direct publishing currently supports videos up to 3 minutes and 90 MB. TikTok uses a private draft handoff. Network limits still apply. Review the prepared video, caption, channels and audience before sending; manage published posts on the destination network.

Music generation is a limited pilot with up to ten attempts per month, one during a trial, and shared service capacity. Each request uses one AI generation; failed work returns that allowance. Uploaded and generated audio count toward storage. Review generated music before publishing and do not assume it is exclusive or cleared for every use. Audio separation detaches recording audio from video; it does not isolate voices or instruments within a mixed track.
